In Lamu children from as young as 3 years old attend both secular and religious schools. As a result, children may spend up to 10 hears a day shuffling between classrooms and schools. Ikhlas is partnering with local kindergartens to pilot interventions that aim to make classrooms more fun for children and encourage interactive learning over technical education systems.
